Catering Private Parties and Special Events
If you are
hosting a small private party, 25 – 50 people, or a larger event up to 125 people, Chef Greg will arrive at your event
1 hour prior to the event and set up the food. Side dishes and hot entrees will be set out just before the guests start through
the buffet line. You have the option of having pre-carved (sliced) meat entrees dropped off, or for an additional fee, you
may have Chef Greg stay for carving the entrée and plating for your guests.
